Welcome to Helisky Aviation.We thank you for choosing us as your aviation partner. Our mission is to ensure a seamless, safe and exceptional experience for every charter. These Terms & Conditions outline the obligations, responsibilities and rights of passengers and Helisky Aviation with regard to aircraft charter services. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. General Booking Requirements

    • • All requested passenger and flight information must be submitted within stipulated timelines to facilitate necessary permissions and clearances.
    • • Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid travel documents, including identification, visas and other regulatory paperwork.
    • • Helisky Aviation shall not be held liable for any passenger traveling with invalid documentation, contraband or in violation of applicable laws or aviation regulations.
  • 2. Charter Charges and Flight Operations

  • Flight Hour Charges
    • • A minimum of 2 flying hours per aircraft per day or actual flying hours-whichever is greater-shall be charged.
    • • If no flying occurs on a booked day, a Non-Flying Day Charge equivalent to 2 hours of flight time will be billed. No night halt will be levied in this case.
  • Included in Flying Hour Charges
    • • Aircraft fuel and oil
    • • Routine maintenance
    • • Landing and day parking charges
    • • Standard in-flight meals
    • • Navigation fees and dispatch costs
  • Additional Charges – Domestic Flights
    • • Ground handling service charges
    • • Watch hour extensions (if applicable)
    • • Day detention charges after 4 hours of waiting at a destination
    • • Night halt charges (as applicable)
    • • Applicable taxes and statutory fees
  • Additional Charges – International Flights
    • International Flight Service (IFS) Charges: This includes all clearances, handling, airport coordination, hotel setup for crew and international facilitation.
    • Crew Stay Charges: USD 500 per night for 3 crew members (in lieu of night halt charges).
    • • Additional airport or third-party authority charges
    • • Applicable taxes and levies
  • 3. Flight Cancellation Policy

  • Time Before Departure Cancellation Charges
    • Due to force majeure --- 10% (flight prep cost)
    • 6+ days before flight --- 25% of total invoice
    • 72 hrs to 6 days --- 50% of total invoice
    • Less than 72 hours --- 100% of total invoice
    • • Modifications to the flight program after commencement that cannot be executed due to operational limitations or lapses in permits shall be treated as last-minute cancellations and will attract a 100% charge.
    • • Weather-related or operational diversions (e.g., ATC restrictions, defence activity) will be chargeable based on actual flying time and additional incurred expenses.
  • 4. Check-In and Boarding

    • • Domestic Flights: Check-in opens 45 minutes before departure.
    • • International Flights: Check-in opens 60 minutes before departure.
    • • Doors close 15 minutes prior to departure for ATC clearance.
    • • Late arrival or schedule change requests will be accommodated on a best-effort basis and subject to slot availability. However, Helisky Aviation does not guarantee compliance with revised timings.
  • 5. Baggage Policy

  • Hand Baggage (Per Passenger)
    • • Allowed: One piece not exceeding total dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25 cm
  • Checked Baggage (Subject to Load)

    Aircraft Type Adult/Child Infant

    • Falcon Jet - 50 kg 20 kg
    • Piaggio Avanti II - 10 kg 5 kg
  • 6. Security and Safety Compliance

  • Government Regulations

    Passengers must:

    • • Avoid accepting packages from unknown individuals.
    • • Avoid leaving baggage unattended at any airport.
    • • Declare arms, ammunition or hazardous items at check-in.

    Prohibited Articles

    • • Dry cell batteries, scissors, knives, toy replicas of weapons
    • • Explosives, gases, corrosives, flammable liquids/solids
    • • Radioactive or oxidizing materials
    • • Magnetic, irritating or biohazardous substances

    Valuables and Restricted Items

    • • Items such as cash, jewellery, documents and securities should be carried in hand baggage.
    • • Medications and essential toiletries may be carried in limited quantities.
  • 7. Helisky Aviation's Rights & Responsibilities

  • Helisky Aviation reserves the right to:
    • • Delay or cancel flights without liability in the event of unforeseen circumstances
    • • Change aircraft type, route, or stopovers
    • • Refuse carriage of passengers deemed unfit or unsafe
    • • Determine allowable baggage weight based on operational limits

    • We are not liable for loss, damage or delay of baggage beyond specified limits.

  • 8. Limitation of Liability

  • Domestic Flights
    • • Baggage loss/damage: INR 450 per kg (unless declared higher with applicable charges).
    • • Passenger injury/death (Age 12+): INR 750,000
    • • Passenger injury/death (Below 12): INR 375,000

    International Flights

    • • Baggage liability: 1,131 SDRs per passenger (unless declared and paid for at higher value).
    • • Passenger injury/death: 113,100 SDRs per passenger
  • 9. Force Majeure

  • Helisky Aviation is not liable for delays, diversions or cancellations caused by:
    • • Adverse weather
    • • Military or government restrictions
    • • Airport closures
    • • Natural disasters
    • • Strikes, riots, acts of war
    • • Acts of terrorism, pandemics, or biohazard emergencies
    • • Electronic data failure or network disruptions

    In such cases, any incurred IFS or processing charges will be deductedand the balance (if any) refunded. No further liability shall be assumed.

  • 10. Declaration and Final Notes

  • While Helisky Aviation strives to provide the most reliable service, we reserve the right to:
    • • Alter flight schedules, routings, aircraft types or passenger loads due to operational needs
    • • Decline the carriage of individuals who may compromise flight safety or efficiency
    • • Make necessary decisions in the interest of safety and regulatory compliance
    • • Subject to Surat Jurisdiction
  • We request your understanding and cooperation in these matters to ensure the highest standards of safety and service excellence.
